About National Pharmacy
The first National Pharmacy was founded by Kelvin Koay in 2015. Our first establishment was in University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC).
Our humble beginnings started with the realization that tired patients and their family members would experience a long wait during their doctor appointments or treatments. We aim to provide the necessary medications needed for them and ease their burdens.
From then onwards, National Pharmacy under the license of Poisons Act 1952, has been supplying legally registered medications for patients of all ages. As time goes by, we are now able to provide various types of supplements, rehabilitation facilities, specialize medical equipment as well as children healthcare products for the community. Other medical services that we offer including free and fast delivery service of medical aid to patients in wards as well as a drive-through service, which enables customers to buy medication from our outlet without having to face the hassle of finding available parking.
With an emphasis on prioritize the current and future needs of customers at the heart of everything we do, National pharmacy expanded to Mont Kiara and Johor Kulai in year 2019.
We have a team of well trained and high skilled pharmacists to facilitate healthcare related consultations and in assisting patients. Our pharmacists work in alliance with other medical experts to give the best care provided in the community. From day to night, our pharmacists will be there to serve.

Each and every one of our staff has undergone training, from ranges of branch managers, sales supervisors, sales advisors, and pharmacists to establish a wide skill set of knowledge and customer service, as well as up to date information on healthcare. National Pharmacy also provides free healthcare screenings that are open to the public to help identify risk factors for people who may not have any access to healthcare.
